Admission Requirements
International applicants are required to prepare the following documents:
This is a digital copy (scan) of your passport’s identity page. Ensure the passport is still valid (usually for at least 6–18 months before expiry) and that all information and your photo are clearly visible.
A copy of your latest diploma and academic transcript. If you are applying for an Undergraduate (S1) program, use your High School documents; if applying for a Master’s (S2), use your Bachelor’s documents, and so on. These documents verify your educational background.
A recent official color photograph, size 4×6 cm. Usually, a specific background color is required (such as red or blue), and you should be wearing formal attire while facing forward.
A professional resume containing your personal information, educational history, organizational experience, skills, and any achievements you have earned.
formal letter confirming that you have been admitted to the destination university or institution, officially issued by the campus Admissions Office.
A signed letter (often requiring a duty stamp/materai) stating that you:
Will not work during your study period in Indonesia.
Will not participate in any political activities.
Will comply with all Indonesian laws and regulations.
A statement letter from a sponsor or guarantor declaring their willingness to be responsible for your presence and activities while you are in Indonesia.
A health certificate from a doctor or hospital stating that you are in good physical and mental health and free from contagious diseases.
A financial guarantee letter from a parent or guardian stating that they have sufficient funds to cover your tuition fees and living expenses during your study period.
